Do you choose to be happy?
Happiness is a sacred state. It is only available to those who stand as their word.  There  can  be  no  happiness  for  those  who  are  their  thoughts  and  feelings.  You  can’t  refer  to  happiness.  Can’t  report  it.  Can’t  find  it.  It’s  a  sacred  state  with  no  evidence.  Happiness  is  available  to those who can create with their word. What will you do with your word? What wonders will youcreate?

I’d been chatting with my friend Jon for a while now about my somewhat elusive experience with complete happiness. The above is what he sent me.
